Describe some of the clients/industries you have worked with.
I’ve been in Direct Mail for 20+ years working with majority of industries from major corporations to small local business but always with the same emphasis of meeting the client’s goals.
What problems do you consistently solve for your clients?
I put a lot of emphasis on quality control, whether it is the cleanliness of client mailing list, outputting the best postal solutions for optimal savings or verifying digital print. The focus is always to catch and avoid problematic situations.
What do you like about working with the team at Westamerica?
The best structured company that I have ever worked for. Everyone is knowledgeable and dedicated in what they do. It’s like having a great level of customer service if I was the customer.
What sound or noise do you love, and why?
Salsa music cause I love to dance it.
What sound or noise do you hate, and why?
My wife’s phone notification, it’s constant..haha.
What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
I was told I was too short to be a pitcher so I’d be a shortstop for the L.A. Dodgers
What’s your favorite smell?
Pizza
What is something that not a lot of people know about you but you WISH more people COULD know?
Not necessarily that I WISH they would know but I’ve been a musician most of my life. Marched in the 1990 Rose Parade as part of the LAUSD marching band and have performed at many great venues.
