What do you like about working with the team at Westamerica?
I am very fond of working with my Westamerica team because with all of the decades of combined experiences my coworkers have, it is hard to find a problem someone can’t solve. I love that I am able to go to others for advice, whether it be in regards to mailing, shipping, design, bindery (how something is folded, glued down, etc.) or anything else, there is someone who has experience in that department and can help you resolve any issues that come up.

How would you describe a successful client experience?
A successful client experience is one where client expectations are met (and hopefully exceeded) in a timely, efficient manner without losing any quality on the project.
What is your favorite word or phrase?
Kill them with Kindness is one of my favorite phrases. It never hurts to treat others the way you would like to be treated.
What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
If I didn’t go into Marketing, I believe I would still work with people in some sort of capacity. I would most likely be a social worker or an actress.
When you get to heaven, what would you like to hear God say?
Turn back, you’re too early!!
Where is your happy place?
My happy place includes a day out on the water on a boat, sun tanning with a drink in my hand.
If you could meet anyone (dead or alive) who would it be and why?
My grandfather Sylvester. I was never able to meet him but from what my grandmother and mother have told me, he was an extraordinary man.

Freshly baked chocolate chip cookies or Lavender
